摘　　要：外商投资对区域产业结构调整具有重要的作用。以近5年来河北省的经济数据为依据,运用统计、比较等方法,在总结河北省产业结构现状的基础上,从投资总量及结构等方面描述了外商直接投资的现状,并分析了河北省的外商投资的基本特征。The foreign direct investment plays an important role in regional industrial structure. Based on the economic data of the past five years of Hebei Province, the paper, with the method of statistics and comparison, summarizes the development trend of industrial structure in Hebei Province, describes the present situation of the foreign direct investment from the perspective of total investment and the structure, and analyses the basic features of foreign direct investment in Hebei Province.
