摘　　要：在即将到来的胜利面前,以毛泽东为首的党中央充满责任担当意识和忧患意识,清醒地直面新形势新情况新任务,加强制度建设,巩固党的团结统一,扩大民主,强化纪律;强调在胜利面前谦虚谨慎,不骄不躁,力戒腐败变质;提出要重视学习和善于学习,提高治国理政本领。这一系列推动革命党向执政党转变的探索,为后来的全面执政积累了宝贵经验。Facing the coming victory, the Party Central Committee headed by Mao Zedong fell upon sense of responsibility and hardships, and in the presence of new situations and new tasks, it promoted the revolutionary party to a united, democratic and disciplinary ruling party by ordering the party members not to be proud and corrupt and to value study in order to increase their ability to administer a country, which accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent comprehensive ruling.
