摘  要:为探索接种F.mosseae对连作大豆籽粒异黄酮及脂肪酸含量的影响,把F.mosseae应用于连作大豆的生产提供理论依据。试验选用‘垦丰16’(中间型品种,KF16)、‘黑农44’(高脂肪型品种,HN44)和‘黑农48’(高蛋白型品种,HN48)作为试验材料。试验采用盆栽,每盆装风干土12.5 kg,土壤为连作0年(CK)、1年(L1)、2年(L2)的大豆大田土壤。每盆接种F.mosseae菌剂200 g。采用紫外分光光度计法和气相色谱法,对成熟大豆籽粒中异黄酮以及脂肪酸含量进行测定。结果表明:KF16、HN44和HN48分别在L1、L2、L2时,异黄酮含量最高。KF16、HN44和HN48脂肪酸含量随连作年限增加而降低。接种F.mosseae可以提高大豆异黄酮含量,降低脂肪酸含量。The study aims to explore the effect of inoculated F. mosseae on the content of isoflaone and fattyacid in order to provide the theoretical evidence using F. mosseae to the continuous cropping. Three soybeancultivars‘Kenfeng16'(middle cultivar, KF16),‘Heinong44'(high-oil cultivar, HN44),‘Heinong48'(high-protein cultivar, HN48) were investigated. Used 0-year soybean field soil sample(CK), 1-year soybean fieldsoil sample(L1) and 2-year soybean field soil sample(L2) planted the soybean seeds in the pot with 12.5 kgdry soil sample and inoculated 200 g F. mosseae into each pot. The accumulation of the mature soybeanisoflavone and fatty acid was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and gas chromatography. It showedthat: the highest isoflavone content of KF16, HN44 and HN48 was L1, L2 and L2, respectively. And with theincrease of continuous cropping, the fatty acid content of KF16, HN44 and HN48 was decreasing. InoculatedF. mosseae could increase the content of isoflavone and decrease the content of fatty acid.
