摘　　要：当前中国处在信息技术高速发展的时代,各行各业的信息化水平日益提升。农业作为中国国民经济的基础,其信息化水平的建设势必影响到整个社会信息化进程的推进,笔者就农业信息化这个概念做了比较详细的剖析,将农业信息化按生产过程分为产前、产中、产后的信息化,并将各个阶段又具体细化为3个方面的内容,提出了农业信息化进程的3X3架构。随后对3X3架构的具体内容进行了全方位多角度的详细阐述,指出农业信息化产前、中、后3个阶段紧密联系、不可分割、互相促进,很好地把握农业信息化这几个方面的关系,以科学的方式推进农业信息化进程有助于中国的农业信息化更好地实现。最后,在全面推进农业信息化的基础上,提出了"新农业"的概念,努力实现社会主义新农业是需要不断奋斗的目标。At present, with the rapid development of information technology, the level of informationization ofall walks of life is increasing. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy in China, so itsinformationization construction is bound to affect the informationization advancement of the whole society. Inthis article, according to a detailed analysis, the production process of agricultural informationization wasproposed to be divided into 3 stages： pro-production, in-production and post-production informationization,and each stage was also divided into three small parts. This classification method was called the 3X3 architecture of agricultural informationization. Then the author gave a specific and multi-angle elaboration ofthe architecture and pointed out that all the three stages of agricultural informationization were interrelated,indivisible and mutual promotion. Dealing well with the relationship of those aspects of agriculturalinformationization and promoting the process of agricultural informationization in a scientific way couldcontribute to the realization of agricultural informationization in China. Finally, based on comprehensivepromotion of the agricultural informationization, the author put forward a new concept：‘the new agriculture＇,and indicated that it is our goal to achieve‘the new agriculture＇.
