摘  要:因生源减少而闲置的中小学,大部分位于农村,近一半仍处于闲置,再利用部分也效率不高。为实现闲置学校有效再利用,本文以建国以来人口出生潮与改革开放后农村人口结构变化的"大"时间环境为切入点,结合农村公共服务设施建设的"大"空间环境,提出闲置学校再利用需考虑农村留守老人与儿童的需要、农村迫切建设设施、城乡统筹发展等几个问题,并列举再利用事例,其具体为与养老、医疗和文体相关的养老院、文化乐园、留守儿童之家、社区综合服务中心等形式。Because of fewer sources of students, almost half of middle and primary schools, which are mostlylocated in rural communities, become unused, with the efficiency of school reuse being not high. For purpose ofreaching efficient reuse of unused schools, this paper uses the"big"time environment of population boomsince the foundation of the state and rural demographic trends after reform and opening up, combines the"big"space environment of rural public service facilities establishment, proposes several issues, such as, demands ofleft-behind elderly and children need to be take into account for reuse of schools left unused, rural Chinaspeeds up facilities construction, overall urban-rural development, etc. Besides, some examples are adopted torefine reuse into forms such as nursing home, cultural funfair, home for left behind children, comprehensivecommunity service center, etc, related to community retirement, medical treatment and culture experience.
