美沙酮维持治疗门诊药品规范化管理探讨

摘　　要：目的:为美沙酮口服液的规范化管理提供参考。方法:介绍我中心美沙酮维持治疗门诊药品的管理方法,对美沙酮口服液的购进、验收、入库、在库、出库、使用各环节及发药处、门诊与处方、账册等各细节的管理方法进行探讨。结果与结论:我中心通过对管理人员进行行为干预,使其了解管理规定、掌握管理制度、明确岗位职责;通过资料记录等措施加强细化药品各环节的管理,使各环节管理及账册管理、流程管理、受治者准入管理更加科学、规范,符合相关的法律法规和规章制度的要求,促进了美沙酮维持治疗工作的正常开展。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the standardized management of Methadone oral solution. METHODS： The management ways of methadone for maintenance treatment in clinic drugs were introduced in our center to study the management ways of Methadone oral solution in all links, including purchasing, acceptance, stocking-in, in stock, stocking-out, dispensing of- flee, use, outpatient, prescription and books, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： According to the intervention for managers in our center, they understood the management regulations, mastered the management rules and cleared job responsibilities; the strengthening and refinement management of drugs in all links by data records has made link management, financial management, process management and subjects access management more scientific and standardized. It is in line with the related requirements of laws, regulations and rules and can promote the normal conducting of methadone for maintenance treatment in clinic.
