我院高危药品目录内中药注射剂的品种筛选

摘　　要：目的:根据医院使用中药注射剂的情况探讨中药注射剂列入高危药品目录的筛选方法。方法:统计我院的中药注射剂品种数量,根据限定日剂量计算中药注射剂的用药频度,检索药品说明书并归纳高危风险因素。结果与结论:我院目前应用的中药注射剂共有26个品种,所有临床科室均有使用中药注射剂。其中23种中药注射剂的用药频度较高,其药品说明书提示具有高危风险因素,基本符合中国药学会推荐目录中C级高危药品的定义,因此均列入我院高危药品备选目录。本院建立的筛选高危中药注射剂目录的方法基于数据支持分析,是合理、可行的。OBJECTIVE： To research the screening method of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections listed in high-alert drug catalogues according to the utilization of TCM injections in hospital. METHODS： The variety and quantity of TCM injections were collected in our hospital, the DDDs of TCM injections were calculated according to the defined daily dose （DDD）. High-alert factors were generalized by retrieving drug instructions. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： There were totally 26 varieties of TCM injections in our hospital. All clinic departments in our hospital used TCM injections and 23 drugs of which had high DDDs. The drug instructions indicated high-alert factors. It was basically in line with the definition of C grade high-alert drugs rec- ommended by Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. So they were all listed in the alternative catalogues of high-alert drug in our hospital. The screening method of TCM injections in high-alert drug catalogues is based on the analysis of data supporting. It is reason- able and practicable.
