摘　　要：目的:为国内自动化药房的建设和发展提供参考。方法:介绍ZH002智能发药系统及在此基础上建立的自动化药房在我院的使用及运行情况。结果:我院将智能化发药系统与医院"军卫一号"管理系统实现无缝对接,再与门诊就诊"一卡通"有机契合,同时结合我院药房位置和面积的特点以及医师用药习惯、患者就诊特点等,从药房的布局到药柜的分配、人员的安排、后台数据库的更新等,尽可能实现了人员与设备的最优化配置。智能发药系统的品种覆盖率可达90.7%,录入的药品信息可即时查询,使药品盘点及效期管理更为方便快捷。优化后建立的自动化发药流程不但提高了处方调配速度,而且能够有效降低工作强度,减少差错率;预摆药模式下,患者取药几乎无需等待,提高了患者满意度。结论:我院在智能化发药系统基础上建立的自动化药房,实现了设备自动化高、管理信息化快、服务人性化强的目标,可为其他医院自动化药房的建设提供参考。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the contribution and development of domestic automatic pharmacy. METH- ODS： The application and operation of ZH002 intelligent dispensing system and the automatic pharmacy based on it were intro- duced. RESULTS： The intelligent dispensing system and ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂ management system had achieved seam- less in our hospital, it was organically combined with ＂One-Card＂ in outpatient pharmacy. Meanwhile, it was combined with the characteristics of pharmacy location, area, physicians＇ drug habits and patient visits to achieve the optimized configuration between staffing and equipments as much as possible in respects of pharmacy layout, medicine cabinet distribution, staffing arrangement and background database update, etc. The variety coverage rate of intelligent dispensing system was reached 90.7%. The entry drug information could be inquired in time to make the drug inventory and expiration date management more convenient. The automatic dispensing process could not only improve the prescription deployment speed after optimization, but also reduce the work intensity and error rate effectively. Under the preset drug mode, there was no waiting for the patients＇ dispensary and it improved the patients＇ satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS： The automatic pharmacy established on the basis of intelligent dispensing system achieves the goal of high equipment automation, fast management information and strong human service. It can provide reference for the contribution of automatic pharmacy in hospital.
