摘　　要：分析了在雾霾治理中同级政府之间合作存在的问题及其原因,并从客观环境因素、政府间博弈、法律以及官员晋升机制等方面进行论述,提出了一些建议,对合理有效地解决雾霾问题有重要作用。This paper analyzed the existing problems and their causes of inter governmental cooperation at the same level in haze governance,and made discussion from objective environment,inter governmental game and officials’promotion mechanism and other aspects,put forward some suggestions,played important role in rational and effective to solve the haze problems.
