摘 要:目的:观察颈枕高度的变化对颈椎生理曲度的影响。方法:从我院选取90例健康受试者,以随机方式分为舒适枕组、高枕组及低枕组各30例,均拍摄颈枕中立位侧位X线DR片,采用Bordens法测量颈椎曲度弧弦距,采用Ishihara法测量颈椎曲率指数(CCI),采用Gore法测量颈椎角(CSA),对测试结果进行统计分析。结果:舒适枕组颈椎X线均呈现生理性向前凸起状态,弧弦距均为正常范围;高枕组颈椎X线呈现生理性反张弯曲状态,弧弦距大于正常值范围;低枕头组颈椎X线呈现生理性变直,弧弦距均小于正常值范围;三组受试者测试结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:颈枕的高度与颈椎生理曲度具有密切关系,选择合适高度的颈枕对于颈生理曲度的保护具有重要意义。Objective:To observe the effect in changes of neck pillow height on cervical physiological curvature. Methods:90 healthy people in our hospital were randomly divided into comfortable pillow group, high pillow group and low pillow group with each of 30 cases, all with cervical occipi-tal neutral position and lateral X-ray Digital Radiography, Bordens method to measure arc chord distance of cervical curvature, Ishihara method to measure cervical curvature index (CCI), Gore method to measure cervical spine angle (CSA), the test results were statistically analyzed. Results:X-ray of comfortable pillow group showed physiological forward protruding, arc chord distance in normal range;X-ray of high pillow group showed physiological contravariant bending, arc chord distance beyond normal range;X-ray of low pillow group showed physiological straight, arc chord dis-tance less than normal range;There was statistical significance in difference of test results among the three groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion:There is a close relationship between neck pillow height and cervical physiological curvature, selecting the appropriate height of neck pillow is greatly signifi-cant for protecting cervical physiological curvature.
