摘　　要：小儿高热惊厥可由感染或非感染途径致病，未及时救治会导致脑组织损伤或意识障碍，对小儿智力发育造成不利影响。临床对小儿高热惊厥的病理病机认识不断深入，治疗方法较多，多采取中西医结合疗法和综合疗法，以防复发。Infantile febrile convulsion can be caused by infection or non-infection, and result in brain tissue damage or disturbance of consciousness without timely treatment, with adverse effect on intellectual development of children. The pathology and pathogenesis of infantile febrile convulsion is developing in clinic, there are a lot of treatment, mainly with combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine and comprehensive therapy, to prevent recurrence.
