瑶药热敷治疗肩部慢性软组织损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察瑶药热敷治疗肩部慢性软组织损伤的疗效。方法：将60例肩部慢性软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用瑶药热敷治疗，对照组给予十一方药酒外敷治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%（P〈0.05）。结论：瑶药热敷治疗肩部慢性软组织损伤疗效显著，无明显毒副作用，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Yao medicine hot compress treating shoulder chronic soft tissue injury. Methods：60 cases of shoulder chronic soft tissue injury were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, treatment group adopted treat-ment of Yao medicine hot compress, control group with external application of Shiyi fang medicinal liquor, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, higher than that of control group by 80%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Yao medicine hot compress treating shoulder chronic soft tissue injury is significant, without significant side effects, being safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
