摘　　要：布渣叶为岭南道地药材，有清热消滞，行气解表，利湿退黄等功效，可调理脾胃功能，在中医理论的指导下辨证应用，对现代高脂血症、高尿酸血症、糖尿病等有良好的治疗作用。Microcos paniculata is genuine regional drug of south of south of the Five Ridges, the efficacy of which is to clear heat and eliminate stag- nation, promote qi circulation and relieve exterior syndrome, remove damp and reduce jaundice, it can recuperate the spleen and stomach function, di- alectical application of Microcos paniculata guided by theory of Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect on modem hyperlipidemia, hyperuri- cemia, diabetes and so on.
