摘  要:对中亚热带米槠天然林转换为米槠人工林后,两林分土壤可溶性有机碳和微生物生物量碳的变化及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明,森林转换后,土壤可溶性有机碳和微生物生物量碳分别平均下降28.8%、11.0%(P〈0.05)。米槠天然林和米槠人工林0~10 cm土壤可溶性有机碳含量分别为306 mg·kg-1、209 mg·kg-1,分别占土壤有机碳的0.71%、0.91%;10~20 cm分别为210 mg·kg-1、158 mg·kg-1,分别占土壤有机碳的0.71%、0.88%;两林分0~10cm土层微生物生物量碳分别为508 mg·kg-1、460 mg·kg-1,10~20 cm土层微生物生物量碳分别为373 mg·kg-1、327 mg·kg-1。米槠天然林和米槠人工林中的土壤可溶性有机碳、微生物生物量碳在不同季节表现出极显著差异(P〈0.01),两林分土壤可溶性有机碳最高值出现在秋季,最低值出现在冬季;而微生物生物量碳夏秋季显著高于春冬季(P〈0.05)。A field study was conducted after the conversion of natural Castanopsis carlesii into plantation forests,in order to study seasonal variations and influencing factors of soil dissolved organic carbon( DOC) and microbial biomass carbon( MBC). The result showed that the soil DOC and MBC contents decreased by 28. 8% and 11. 0%( P 0. 05),respectively,after the conversion. In 0 ~ 10 cm soil layer,the mean concentration of DOC is 306 mg ·kg- 1in natural Castanopsis carlesii,while that of Castanopsis carlesii plantation is 209 mg·kg- 1. And in 10 ~ 20 cm soil layer,that of natural Castanopsis carlesii is 210 mg·kg- 1,and that of Castanopsis carlesii plantation is 158 mg·kg- 1. The ratios of DOC to soil organic carbon( SOC) are 0. 71%,0. 91%,0. 71% and 0. 88%,respectively. The mean concentration of MBC in 0 ~ 10 cm soil layer is 508 mg·kg- 1and 460 mg·kg- 1in natural and plantation forests of Castanopsis carlesii,respectively. And 327 mg·kg- 1and 373 mg·kg- 1in 10 ~20 cm soil layer,respectively. This two kinds of soil labile organic carbon contents both indicated sig-nificant differences in different seasons( P 0. 01). The highest content of soil DOC is found in autumn,the lowest in winter. And the contents of soil MBC are strongly higher in summer and autumn than in spring and winter.
