福建内陆欠发达地区绿色城市建设研究——以南平市为例

摘　　要：绿色理念推动城市建设已成为当今转变经济发展方式的一大趋势,本研究为了探寻欠发达地区绿色城市建设的途径,以东南欠发达城市——南平市为例,在充分结合地区实际与参考国内外相关评价体系的基础之上,构建欠发达地区绿色城市建设评价体系并进行综合分析评价,结果表明:南平市绿色城市建设状况良好,社会参与度高,人居环境优异,绿色经济潜力良好,但在政府政策支持力度及绿色经济发展状况方面则表现较差,有鉴于此,本研究提出了若干改善南平市绿色城市建设的建议。Green city construction has become a main theme in the transformation of economic development mode in China. In order to explore a green way to promote green city construction in underdeveloped areas,the present study takes Nanping City for a case. Based on the actual situation of the city and undeveloped areas,associated with references from domestic as well as foreign evaluation method,a comprehensive measurement to evaluate its green city construction is built. The results show that its green city construction is in good condition,with a high degree of social participation,and its residential environment is excellent,indicating a good potential for green economy. However,the support from government is still weak and its green economic development does not perform well.
