摘　　要：分析了现代印染企业的发展趋势和存在的问题,从数据采集和生产管理上提出了RFID技术的应用需求,利用RFID技术空间耦合原理实现非接触式的自动识别、追踪目标对象并读取标签相关数据。以某印染公司基于RFID的MES系统为例,设计了基于RFID技术的印染过程实时数据采集系统,阐述了RFID技术在印染业中的实际应用及采用RFID技术实现对染整过程的信息化改造的重要意义。It introduces the development trend and the existing problems of modern printing and dyeing enterprises,presents the applications of RFID technology from the data collection and production management,illustrates the working principle of RFID technology. Taking a MES system based on RFID technology in printing and dyeing company as an example,it shows the detail about the system design. It elaborates the practical application of RFID technology in printing and dyeing. The result shows that application of RFID technology has an important significance to achieve the information transformation of the printing and dyeing process.
