摘　　要：简述分析了会展综合体是新型城镇化建设中不可或缺的功能媒介,具体表现为公共基础设施、特色产业促进载体、政治文化交流平台、民众文化娱乐场所、政企合作共建项目、绿色科技建筑等功能媒介的特性,认为会展综合体建设有助于实现新型城镇化的创新发展。This paper analyzes the exhibition complex which is an indispensable functional media of the new urbanization construction. The characteristics of its specific performance are the public infrastructure, promoting carrier of characteristic industry, political and cultural exchange platform, the public cultural entertainment place,government-enterprise cooperation project, green building and so on. It believes that the exhibition complex construction contributes to the innovational development for implementation of new urbanization.
