摘  要:逆变器是各类变频调速系统的重要组成部分,它的安全性和可靠性是保证系统稳定运行的关键。但其故障率通常较高。针对逆变器的IGBT开路故障,通过分析比较逆变器在正常状态与开路故障状态下的三相电压,提出了一种以线电压为检测对象的简易实时诊断方法,即利用实际的线电压和开关信号得到三相电压及其残差,并根据三相电压残差间的关系进行故障识别。仿真结果表明,该方法能够在线准确地实现逆变器IGBT单管及双管开路故障诊断,且不受闭环和负载扰动影响。Inverter is an important part of variable frequency speed system, whose safety and reliability are directly related to the stable operation of drive system, but its failure rate is usually very high. Thus, in terms of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) open-circuit fault of inverter, through comparing three-phase voltages in the inverter under normal and faulty conditions, a simple and general diagnostic method with line voltages as detection objects is proposed. With the actual line voltages and switch signals, three-phase voltages and residual voltages are obtained, the relationship of whose can be used for fault diagnosis. Simulation results show it is fast and accurate to diagnosing single component and double open-circuit faults. Besides, it is also free from the closed loop and load disturbance.
