摘 要:数字式电火花堆(EDD)修复仪辅助电源需满足为焊枪电机供电、保证数字芯片工作及实现多路输出和电气隔离。传统辅助电源设计方式存在转换效率低、功率密度小、易受干扰、功率等级低等缺点。采用定频LLC谐振变换器加同步Buck两级拓扑的新式辅助电源设计方案,利用高频LLC谐振变换器的软开关能力,可缩小电源体积、提高转换效率,且能实现多路输出间电气隔离,避免相互干扰。通过与传统的辅助电源作比较,突出了所提新式辅助电源的优点,并详细分析了新式辅助电源的工作原理和控制方式,最后通过一台实验样机验证了新式辅助电源的可行性。Auxiliary power supply for Digital EDM of deposition (EDD) repair instrument is not only as welding torch electric motor supply, but also the IC supply, which is a typical multi-output converter, and the circuit can satisfy isolation requirements of output voltages. Traditional design has a lower efficiency, power density, power level and is vulnerable to interference. The new type design which adopt two stage, the former level for LLC-SRC, after class for synchronous Buck converters, can achieve soft switching at fixed high frequency. It would reduce the volume, improve the efficiency,realize electrical isolation and avoid the mutual interference. In this paper, the excellent performance of new molding is discussed by comparison with conventional one. The working principle and control in the circuit were described in detail. Feasibility of new auxiliary power last verified by a prototype.
