摘 要:实现雷达LPI性能的途径有:波形设计、能量管理、低旁瓣技术、频谱展宽、相干接收等多个方面。但是,要保证这些LPI技术在战时的有效性,需要建立规范化的评估体系对其性能进行评估。分析了雷达电子战对抗双方中雷达与ESM的博弈规律,并以ESM当前技术水平为依据,提出了针对隐身雷达LPI评估方法,旨在规范日趋复杂的电子环境中雷达抗截获/抗识别的技术发展途径。Radar is the core equipment under the conditions of modern information technology,and is the primary target which may be attacked for competing for the right of information on the battlefield. So "anti-destruction"of radar has risen to first importance,and the feature of "low probability of interception"(LPI) is a prerequisite for the ability of anti-destruction. At present,the methods of realizing LPI performance are: waveform design,energy management,low side lobe technology,spectral broadening,coherent reception,etc. However,to ensure the effectiveness of these techniques of LPI in wartime,we need to establish a standardized assessment system to evaluate its performance. This paper analyzed radar electronic warfare using the game rules of both radar and ESM and gave the evaluation method of LPI performance of stealth radar on the basis of the current technical level of ESM for regulating the way of technology development of anti-radar intercept/anti identification in increasingly complicated electronic environment.
