摘　　要：西电东送是实现南方地区资源优化配置的必要手段。本文对近年来西电东送的协议执行情况进行分析,从经济效益、节能效益及能源安全等方面深入分析南方西电东送的效益。最终对影响西电东送发展的内部、外部因素进行思考,为"十三五"及远期西电东送持续的发展提出相关建议。West to East Power Transmission is a neces sary way to realize the resource optimization in south China. This paper analyzes the implementation of its agreements in recent years. Depth analyzes the effectiveness of the West to East Power Transmission in CSG, from the economic, energy efficiency, energy security and the other aspects. Finally thinking of the internal and external factors, which affect the development of West to East Power Transmission, and provide some sug-gestions to guarantee its sustainable development.
