摘　　要："反思"是外语教师专业发展的主要手段,但仅用反思来解释和促进教师专业发展有其局限性。外语教师需要通过自我反思与合作实现专业发展,即"内外"学习发展并举。本文以查尔斯·泰勒的"自我—社群"思想为理论基础,从分析教师教学行为本质入手,探讨外语教师"自我—合作"发展模式的重要性和必要性,并提出了实现这一模式的途径和建议。As a major means of foreign language teacher development, reflection has its own limitations in explaining and promoting teacher development. It is therefore essential to develop foreign language teachers from both the ＂internal＂ and ＂external＂ perspectives through reflection and cooperation. Based on Charles Taylor＇s Idea of ＂Self ＆ Socie- ty＂, this paper explores the importance and necessity of ＂self-cooperative learning＂ development model for foreign language teachers. It gives an analysis of teaching behavior and the context of teacher development, and then provides specific ways of adopting the foreign language teacher development model.
