摘  要:以处理市政污水和垃圾渗滤液为代表的不同活性污泥为研究对象,考察污泥在人工配水(C∶N∶P=100∶5∶1)与垃圾渗滤液两种不同基质培养条件下准内源呼吸比(准内源OUR/现状OUR)的变化规律。结果表明,当污泥生存环境发生变化时,OUR并不能准确表征污泥活性,使用OUR表征污泥活性时需注意污泥所经历的状态。另外研究还发现,准内源呼吸比上升期的历时长短可作为定量描述冲击大小的指标,而准内源呼吸比恢复到冲击前的持续时间可用来表征污泥自身对基质的适应能力。Taking different activated sludge treating municipal sewage and landfill leachate as re- search object, synthetic substrate ( C : N : P = 100 : 5 : 1 ) and landfill leachate were respectively em- ployed for the cultivation of the sludge, and the variation of quasi endogenous respiration ratio, quasi-en- dogenous oxygen uptake rate (OUR)/current OUR was investigated. The results showed that when the substrate changed, OUR could not well indicate the activity should consider the status of sludge experienced. In addition of sludge, suggesting that the usage of OUR , the study also found that the length of in- creasing period of quasi-endogenous respiration ratio could be employed as an indicator of shock effect, and the length of the recovery period of quasi-endogenous respiration ratio to the original value could well indicate the adaptability of sludge to new substrate.
