摘 要:采用ABR—A/O联合工艺处理印染废水,研究了水力停留时间(HRT)对ABR运行的影响。结果表明:ABR对印染废水中的COD、色度具有良好的去除效果,COD去除率随着HRT的缩短而逐渐降低,在HRT=24h时对色度的去除率最大,ABR出水B/C值在HRT为32h时可提升至0.39。在HRT=24h下,经ABR—A/O工艺处理后,出水COD平均为124mg/L,氨氮为4.05mg/L,色度维持在40~50倍,表明该工艺可用于印染废水的处理。The ABR- A/O combined process was used to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater, and the influence of different HRTs on the ABR operation was investigated. The results showed that the ABR had excellent performance in removing COD and color from the printing and dyeing wastewater. The removal rate of COD decreased with the shortening of the HRT, and the removal rate of color was highest at HRT of 24 h. The B/C ratio of the ABR effluent could increase to 0.39 at HRT of 32 h. Keeping the HRT at 24 h, COD, ammonia nitrogen and color of the effluent from the ABR - A/O combined process were 124 mg/L ( in average), 4.05 mg/L and 40 to 50 times respectively, which indi- cated that the ABR -A/O combined process could be effectively adopted in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
