摘 要:以黄水作为脱氮除磷的碳源有利于以废治废。在SBR反应器中,以具有同步脱氮除磷的颗粒污泥为对象,采用黄水(300mg/L)和醋酸钠(100mg/L)作为碳源,研究对氮和磷的去除效果,并分析其机理。试验结果表明:污泥粒径主要在0.9-1.3mm之间,沉速主要在30~60m/h之间,污泥颜色较深,周围粘性物质较多,部分颗粒污泥发生了解体;对NH4+-N的去除率〉98.1%,试验后期出水NO3--N在4.44~18.82mg/L之间,对磷的平均去除率由94.0%降低为51.3%;对COD的最大降解速率为122.30mgCOD/(gSS·h),最大释磷速率由14.39mgPO3 4--P/(gVSS·h)下降到3.29mgPO34-P/(gVSS·h),最大吸磷速率由5.99mgPO34--P/(gVSS·h)下降到2.47mgPO34--P/(gVSS·h),碳源不足导致反硝化不完全;颗粒污泥中TP的含量为3.3%~4.O%,其中胞外EPS中TP占污泥TP的49.3%,EPS的含量仅为17.33mg/gSS,EPS中蛋白质和总糖分别占56.9%和20.0%。The wastewater from fermentation of distilled spirit is used as carbon source for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, which can achieve waste control by waste. The removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus by granular sludge in SBR was investigated using the wastewater from fermentation of dis- tilled spirit (300 mg/L) and sodium acetate (100 mg/L) as carbon sources, and the mechanism was an- alyzed. The results showed that the sludge particle size was mainly between 0.9 mm and 1.3 mm, the sludge settling velocity was mainly between 30 m/h and 60 m/h, the sludge color was quite dark, sticky material around the sludge was plentiful and some of granular sludge was disintegrated. The removal rateof NH4 - N was above 98.1%, the effluent NO3- - N was between 4.44 mg/L and 18.82 mg/L, the re- moval rate of phosphorus decreased from 94.0% to 51.3%. The maximum degradation rate of COD was 122.30 mgCOD/(gSS · h), the maximum phosphorus release rate decreased from 14.39 mgPO34--P/ ( gVSS · h) to 3.29 mgPO34 - P/ ( gVSS · h), the maximum phosphorus uptake rate decreased from 5.99 mgPO34 - - P/( gVSS ·h) to 2.47 mgPO34- - P/( gVSS · h), and the lack of carbon source caused the incomplete denitrifieation. The TP content in granular sludge was between 3.3% and 4.0%, TP in EPS accounted for 49.3% of TP in sludge, the EPS content was only 17.33 mg/gSS in which the protein and total sugar accounted for 56.9% and 20.0% respectively.
