摘  要:考察了不同预处理方式对水源水中蓝藻气囊及活性的影响。结果表明,经0.6MPa的压力预处理后,藻细胞气囊完全破裂,藻类下沉;经0.5~4.0mg/L的NaCIO或KMnO4预氧化后部分气囊破裂,气囊破裂比例随预氧化剂投量的增加而增大;经NaClO预氧化后气囊破裂程度高于KMnO4预氧化时,但藻类仍然上浮。经NaClO和KMnO4预氧化后,藻类光合作用生产力显著降低;而经加压预处理后藻类光合作用生产力仅略有下降。由此可知,加压预处理对蓝藻气囊破裂彻底,有利于提高其混凝沉淀效果,而且对藻细胞活性基本无影响;预氧化对蓝藻气囊破裂不显著,却可明显降低藻细胞活性,而且NaCIO对蓝藻活性的抑制作用高于KMnO4。The effect of different pretreatments on gas vesicles and activity of cyanobacteria in source water was investigated. The results showed that gas vesicles of algae were burst totally under 0.6 MPa. 0.5 mg/L to 4.0 mg/L of NaCIO and KMnO4 both could cause partial burst of the gas vesicles, and the proportion of burst gas vesicles was increased with the dosage of pre-oxidants. The burst degree of gas vesicles caused by NaCIO was higher than that by KMnO4, but the algae still floated. The photosyn- thesis prolificacy of original algae was decreased slightly after pre-pressure, but decreased evidently after feeding NaCIO and KMnO4. All these showed that pre-pressure destroyed gas vesicles drastically, which was good for improving the effect of coagulation and sedimentation but had little effect on the activity of algae. However, pre-oxidants destroyed the activity of cyanobacteria instead of gas vesicles, and the de- struction caused by NaCIO was more serious than that by KMnO4.
