摘 要:石家庄高新区污水处理厂进水主要是制药废水和生活污水(比例为1∶2),采用UNITANK工艺,出水水质执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准,为了使其达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,提出将原有工艺改造为倒置A2/O+MBR组合工艺。中试运行结果表明,通过投加粉末活性炭、乙酸钠碳源、聚合氯化铝分别辅助去除COD、TN和TP,可使最终出水水质达到GB 18918—2002的一级A标准。The influent of the wastewater treatment plant in Shijiazhuang High-tech Industry Devel- opment Zone is mainly composed of pharmaceutical wastewater and domestic sewage with a ratio of 1 : 2. The UNITANK process was adopted, and the effluent quality should meet the second class criteria speci- fied in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). In order to meet the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002) , it was proposed that the original process should be converted into the combined process of inverted A2/O and MBR. The pilot results showed that adding the powdered activated carbon, sodium acetate and polyaluminium chloride could respectively help remove COD, TN and TP, which could make the final effluent reach the first level A criteria specified in the GB 18918 -2002.
