摘　　要：为了满足城市防汛排涝的要求,依托视频监控与网络计算机技术,采集各泵站运行数据和实时影像传输,在监控指挥中心进行远程指挥控制,优化日常生产管理,汛期及时启动防汛预案,达到了迅速排除积水、减少损失的目标。In order to meet the requirements of urban flood control and drainage, remote command and control at the command center were carried out based on video monitor and control system and com- puter network technology, which could collect pump data and achieve real-time image transmission. The system can optimize daily production and start the emergency plan of flood control promptly, thus draining away the water quickly and reducing losses.
