摘 要:目的:探讨高原康胶囊对模拟高原缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠ATP酶活性的影响。方法:大鼠进入模拟海拔5 000 m的高原低氧环境,连续缺氧40 d,制备高原缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠模型。实验分5组:平原对照组、模拟高原对照组、高原康胶囊高(80 mg·kg-1)、中(40 mg·kg-1)、低(20 mg·kg-1)3剂量组。缺氧最后3 d,分别灌服相应药物。末次给药后1 h,测定大鼠平均肺动脉压力(m PAP),并取全血及心脑组织、测定ATP酶活性。结果:高原康胶囊可显著降低缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠的平均肺动脉压,并可升高心、脑组织Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性,但对全血ATP酶作用不明显。结论:高原康胶囊具有提高缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠心脑组织ATP酶活性的作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Gaoyuankang capsules on ATP enzyme activity in rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) induced by a simulated high altitude. Methods: Rat HPH were induced by continuous hypoxia for 40 days in simulated altitude environments of 5 000 meters. Rats were administered with Gaoyuankang capsules (80, 40 and 20 mg· kg^-1 ) for 3 days after high-altitude simulation. After last adminis- tration for 1 h, mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) , and ATP enzyme activity in blood and cardiovascular tissues were determined. Results: Gaoyuankang capsules significantly reduced average mPAP in HPH rats, and increased the activity of Na^+ -K ^+ -ATP and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATP enzymes in the heart and brain. However, it did not significantly affect the activity of ATP enzymes in the blood. Conclusion: Gaoyuankang capsules can improve ATP ac- tivity of heart and brain tissues in HPH rats.
