摘 要:通过比较研究哈萨克羊、吐鲁番黑羊和策勒黑羊3个新疆绵羊群体中BMPR-IB基因的多态性,为后期分子育种提供理论依据。利用PCR-RFLP技术检测BMPR-IB基因在3个新疆绵羊群体中的多态性,并利用生物信息学软件分析其与绵羊产羔数的关联性,筛选与新疆绵羊高繁殖力性状相关的分子标记。结果显示:吐鲁番黑羊只存在1种基因型,没有多态性。哈萨克羊和策勒黑羊群体中的BMPR-IB基因具有多态,存在3种基因型:++、B+和BB,其中BB基因型个体的产羔数显著高于++基因型个体产羔数(P<0.05)。所得结论为:BMPR-IB基因可能是影响哈萨克羊和策勒黑羊繁殖性状的主效基因,BMPR-IB基因是否是影响吐鲁番黑羊繁殖性状的主效基因,有待深入研究。In this study,Kazak sheep,Turpan and Cele black sheep were used as materials to compare BMPR-IB gene polymorphism.The aim was to provide theoretical basis for molecular breeding of sheep.The polymorphism of BMPR-IB gene in three sheep breeds was detected by PCR-RFLP technique.The association between genetic variations and high fecundity traits were analyzed.Turpan black sheep only has one genotype,there was no polymorphism.The polymorphism in Kazak sheep and Cele black sheep existed three kinds of genotype:++,B+ and BB.It was found that BB genotype of ewe have a significantly higher level of litter size than ++ genotype(P〈0.05).BMPR-IB gene may be the major genes of fecundity performance of Kazak sheep and Cele black sheep.Further studies are needed to determine if BMPR-IBgene could be the high fecundity traits of main effect gene in Turpan black sheep.
