基于安全性角度的农用青饲料切碎机改进设计

摘　　要：针对目前青饲料切碎机在使用过程中存在一些安全隐患,基于安全性的角度考虑,对现有农用青饲料切碎机进行了改进设计。该机在送料口处设计了手摇式送料装置,操作人员通过摇动手柄,经齿轮传动,最终带动同步带转动,就可将青饲料送到切刀处进行切割,从而避免了操作人员受伤。同时在碎饲料出口处还设计了脚踏式推出装置,在需要推开碎饲料时,操作人员只须用脚踩踏板,该机构就能把碎饲料推出,从而避免用手或者用脚推碎饲料造成的意外。根据现有设备参数确定了改进设计的尺寸,做出了CAD图和三维结构图,完成了对现有青饲料切碎机的改进设计。At present, the procedure of using green food crusher exists some potential safety hazard, such as the finger could be cut off when misoperation.Focusing on the current safety problem, the improving design is proposed for the cur-rent green food crusher.The shaking feeding device is designed on the feed port, then the operator could use the shaking to drive the synchronous belt, and the green food will be convey to the cutter.At the same time, the foot step push-off device is designed on the export of the ground feed.When need to push-off the ground feed, the operator could stamp the pedal to push-off the ground feed, so the accident could be avoided.The specific dimension for improving design is defined according to the current parameters, and then the CAD drawing and tomograph of the improved green food crusher are obtained.
