农村迁移老人的城市定居意愿研究

摘　　要：【目的】分析农村迁移老人定居城市的意愿以及影响他们定居城市意愿的因素。【方法】以对西安市农村迁移老人的调查数据为基础,利用Logistic模型对影响农村迁移老人定居城市的因素进行实证分析。【结果】有超过一半的农村迁移老人具有定居城市养老的意愿,年龄、健康状况、居住模式、住房条件、与同住子女的关系、社区参与、配偶是否随迁对农村迁移老人的城市定居意愿有显著影响。【结论】统筹城乡综合考虑迁移老人的公共服务需求,从社区层面的构建迁移老人的社会参与机制。Objective]To analyze the elderly migrants ＇desires of settling in the city and the influ-encing factors that affect their desires.[Method]Based on the data collected in Xian,Using the Logistic model to examine the influencing factors of elderly migrants ＇desire to settle in the city.[Results]More than half of the elderly migrants hope to settle in the city.Age,Health condi-tion,Residential patterns,Housing conditions,Relationship with their children,Community in-volvement,Spouse ＇s willingness to move together are factors which obviously affect the elderly migrants ＇desire of settling in the city.[Conclusion]The social participation mechanism from the aspect of community should be constructed considering elderly migrants ＇needs for public service under the idea of Urban-rural integration development.
