摘  要:为解决水稻田草害问题并减少除草剂施用对环境的影响,研制了QSC-2型步进式水稻除草机。该机由汽油发动机提供动力,利用蜗轮蜗杆传动系统进行减速和传动,通过一对除草轮耙压、抛送土壤进行除草作业。田间试验结果表明:随着机具前进速度的增加,除草率下降,伤苗率上升;随着除草轮转速的增大,除草率和伤苗率均上升;综合除草率和伤苗率指标考量,除草机在前进速度为0.6m/s、除草轮旋转速度为120r/min时,除草作业质量较好;除草机除草率平均值为85.9%,伤苗率平均值为4.4%,满足水稻田除草的作业质量要求。In order to solve the problems of weed in paddy field and reduce the residual of herbicide, the marching type paddy weeder—QSC-2 was developed in this research.The power of the weeder was provided by a gasoline engine, the worm and gear reduction system was utilized to drive a pair of weeding roll designed to operate the weeding process by pressing and hurling the soil.The weeder of QSC-2 is small, light and portable to be lifted to stride over the crops row, which is suitable for the rice cultivation condition in China.The result of field test of QSC-2 showed that: the weeding rate decreased and the damage rate of paddy seedling increased with the increasing marching velocity of the weeder;the weeding rate increased and the damage rate of paddy seedling increased with the increasing rotational velocity of the wee-ding roll;the optimal performance of the weeder is obtained when the marching velocity is 0 .6 m/s and the rotational ve-locity is 120 r/min.with the overall consideration of the weeding rate and the damage rate in the field trail , the average weedingrate of the weeder is 85.9% while the damage rate is 4.4%, which satisfies the require of weeding in paddy field.
