烟草覆膜机作业质量的试验研究与分析

摘　　要：在云南烟草生产中,覆膜机的作业质量影响了其使用和推广。为此,进行了烟草覆膜机的性能测试试验,分别测定了23种型号的烟草覆膜机的每公顷油耗、作业效率、实际作业幅宽、覆膜后垄高、覆膜后垄基宽、膜边覆土宽度、透光面宽、漏覆率和覆膜破损率9个试验指标,并对它们的作业质量进行分析。试验结果表明:所测试的机型在覆膜后垄高、覆膜破损率、漏覆率和覆膜后垄基宽方面,能较好地满足烟草农艺要求。但是,所测试机型基本不能满足覆膜后透光面宽和膜边覆土宽度的农艺要求。同时,通过对试验结果的分析,得出了4种作业质量较好的覆膜机型。The working quality of tobacco mulching machine affected the use and promotion of it about tobacco production in Yunnan, as it, we carried out performance test of tobacco mulching machine, 23 types of tobacco mulching machine were measured on fuel consumption per hectare, work efficiency, the actual working width, the filmed ridge height, the filmed ridge base width, the soil covering width, the width of going through light, covering leakage rate and breakage rate of 9 test indexes, and were analyzed on the working quality.The experimental results showed that：the experimental to-bacco mulching machine could match the agronomic requirements on the filmed ridge height, breakage rate, covering leakage rate and the filmed ridge base width basically.However, the experimental tobacco mulching machine could not meet the width of going through light and the soil covering width of the agronomic requirements.And through the analysis on the experimental results, 4 types of tobacco mulching machine were selected by better working quality.
