摘  要:为了提高叶片式抛送装置的输送效率、增加抛送距离,通过理论分析建立了出料管内物料运动的数学模型;基于此模型采用计算流体力学软件Fluent中的欧拉-拉格朗日法对抛送装置内气固两相流动进行数值仿真,并将仿真结果与高速摄像实测结果比较验证其可靠性;在分析了物料运动规律基础上,对出料管截面形状、出料直管段高度及弯管段形状的不同变化进行了对比模拟。研究结果表明:圆形截面出料管最合理,方形截面次之,矩形截面最不合理;出料直管高度的最佳取值区间为[500,1 000]mm;弯管上壁为两段圆弧结合较一段圆弧阿基米德螺线、对数螺线及水平轴抛物线等更有利于输送物料。In order to increase the blowing efficiency of the impeller blower and its throwing distance , the theoretical a-nalysis method was used to establish the mathematical models of the materials moving along the discharge spout of the im -peller blower .Based on these mathematical models three-dimensional simulation was performed for the solid-gas two-phase flow in the impeller blower by using FLUENT software with Discrete Phase Model ( DPM) .Comparisons between simulated values and measured values of materials velocity at the curved spout by high -speed video were made , and the reliability of the numerical simulation was verified .Meanwhile , contrast simulations on variations in structural shape pa-rameters of the discharge spout such as cross-section shapes , straight spout heights and curvature shapes of the curved spout wall were carried out .It was concluded that:1 ) The spout with round section was superior to the one with square or rectangular section for blowing;2 ) The computed results showed that the length of the straight spout should be in the range of [500mm, 1000mm];3) The spout with two curvatures radii of 1500 and 5000mm was more reasonable.
