摘 要:针对秋后立秆模式回收地膜时存在的对行性差、对地仿形差及边膜难以搂起问题,提出利用复合四杆机构的三维动作来实现对行和仿形。为此,设计了相应残膜回收机,并对残膜回收机的复合四杆机构、搂膜齿、边膜起膜杆齿、株间划膜杆齿等部件进行了设计与分析,为残膜回收机的对行仿形、对地仿形、边膜及株间残膜的回收相关研究提供了参考。To the question of bad performance of alignment two lines ,bad profiling to ground ,the edge of the film can ’ t collect easily exist in the process of plastic film residue collecting on vertical stem after autumn ,the project is put forward which use the three-dimensional motion of compound four -link mechanism realize alignment two lines , profling to ground .The collector which is corresponding is designed .The design and analyze of compound four-link mechanism and cuddle film tooth , device of provoke the film edge ,device of cutting apart the film between two lines of straw were did . The design and research provide reference to the research of plastic film residue collector about alignment two lines , profi-ling to ground ,and the plastic film residue collection on edge and between two lines of straw .
