摘 要:通过斜面仪测定不同含水率揉碎玉米秸秆的滑动摩擦角和用倾斜法测定其休止角,利用直剪仪测定其内摩擦角、粘聚力及流动函数值,研究物料的摩擦特性和流动特性随含水率的变化规律。同时,试验研究了不同力学特性的秸秆物料的螺旋输送功耗。结果表明:秸秆物料力学特性中的滑动摩擦角和内摩擦角影响螺旋输送装置的输送功耗。The sliding friction angle of rubbed straw in different moisture contents were tested and analyzed with appara -tus of incline plane and the angle of repose were tested by inclination methods .Based on the direct shear test , the me-chanical properties of rubbed maize straw in different moisture contents , such as internal friction angle , cohesion and flow function value were studied .And the changing rule of the mechanical properties of coarse fodder with the moisture con-tents was studied .At the same time the effect of the mechanical properties on the conveying power consumption was stud -ied .The experimental results prove that the conveying power consumption of screw conveyor was affected by the mechani-cal properties of straw materials which are the sliding friction angle and internal friction angle .
