烟草翻耕机作业适应性研究

摘　　要：对悬挂式4犁体不同幅宽的烟叶翻耕机的作业效益、作业效率及作业效果等指标进行田间对比试验。试验结果表明:25cm与30cm幅宽的翻耕机不能满足烟草种植翻耕的农艺要求,35cm与38cm幅宽的翻耕机都能满足烟草种植翻耕的农艺要求;38cm幅宽的翻耕机能够有效地降低油耗,提高生产效率,保证生产效果,节省烟草种植经济成本;35cm幅宽的翻耕机作业效果更稳定,耕深更深,但油耗相对较高,作业效率较低。因此,3 8 cm幅宽的翻耕机更能适应烟草田间翻耕作业。This article mainly talked about the hanging 4 different width of leaf tobacco tilling plough body machine oper-ation benefits , efficiency , operation effect indexes such as the field contrast test , the experimental results show that the 25 cm and 30 cm width of tilling machine can not meet the requirement of the tobacco planting ploughing agronomy , 35 cm and 38 cm width of tilling machine can satisfy the requirement of the tobacco planting ploughing agronomic , 38 cm width of tilling machine can effectively reduce fuel consumption , improve the production efficiency , guarantee the produc-tion effect, save tobacco growing economic costs;35 cm width of tilling machine operation effect is more stable , deep till-age spade, but fuel consumption is relatively high , the efficiency is low.Therefore, 38 cm width of tilling machine can adapt to more tobacco ploughing in the field operation .
