摘  要:随着谷物联合收割机清选部件宽度的增加,横流风机以风量大、结构紧凑、出口气流沿轴向分布均匀等优点,在联合收割机上得到了广泛的应用。为此,利用有限元分析平台ANSYS Workbench对某型号联合收割机的横流风机进行流固耦合分析,首先分析风机流场对叶轮的作用力,进而分析不同作用力对叶轮动力特性的影响。结果表明:流场对叶轮的作用力分布十分复杂;与只考虑离心力相比,考虑离心力和重力之后叶轮的最大总变形量增加了8.5%;如果再考虑流场压力作用,叶轮最大总变形量增加了3.5%;预作用力对不同阶数叶轮模态振频的影响也不同,不同预作用力下的叶轮模态振频是基本一致的;风机叶轮的干扰频率16.1Hz远小于其前8阶模态振频;ANSYS Workbench简化流固耦合的分析过程,提高了分析效率。Along with the increase of the grain combine harvester cleaning part ’ s width, Cross flow fan with the advan-tage of large air volume , compact structure , outlet along the axial distribution , has been widely used in the combine har-vester .The author make a fluid solid-coupling analysis on one cross flow fan of a combine harvester by using ANSYS Workbench , analysising the force of fan flow field on impeller ,and analysising the influence of the different forces acting on theimpeller dynamic characteristics .The results show that the distribution of flow fiel ’ s force on blade is not uniform;Compared with only considering the centrifugal force , the centrifugal force and gravity make the maximum total deforma-tion increase by 8 .5%; If the flow pressure was considered , the maximum total deformation will increase by 3 .5%than the maximum total deformation considering the centrifugal force and gravity;The force have different impact on different order modal frequencies of impeller;The impeller ’ s modal frequency in different force is same;The impeller ’ s interfer-ence frequency whose value is 21 .82 Hz is smaller than the modal frequencies .ANSYS Workbench simplify the fluid-sol-id coupling analysis process ,and improve the analysis efficiency .
