拨料式喂料器的设计与试验

摘　　要：为保证生物质粉喂料的连续性和稳定性，在普通螺旋喂料器的基础上，设计了一种喂料量为15 g／min的拨料式螺旋喂料器，并以不同粒径的玉米秸秆粉为原料在该装置上进行试验。试验发现：为了保证设计需要的喂料速率，需控制粒径为20～40目、40～60目、60～80目和80～120目的玉米秸秆粉在料斗内的注料量分别为800、750、600、550g，其需要的拨料器转速分别为118、118、30、20r／min。经过反复试验，确定该喂料系统可以满足定量喂料的要求。A dial feeding material feeder was designed on the basis of the ordinary screw feeder in order to ensure the continuity and stability of biomass feedstock .The results of test with the corn straw as raw materials show that , in order to ensure the feed rate of 15g/min, it should control the total corn straw powder in the hopper of 20~40 mesh, 40~60 mesh, 60~80 mesh and 80~120 are respectively 800g, 750g, 600g and 550g, and the speed of dial device are 118, 118, 30 and 20r/min.Then the feeding system can satisfy the requirements of quantitative feeding smoothly .
