农机化技术推广方式研究——以油菜生产机械化技术推广为例

摘　　要：以油菜生产机械化技术推广为案例,研究我国"政府主导、多方参与"的农机化技术推广方式的主要特征、面临的挑战与对策。指出其主要特征表现为政策扶持、项目带动、机具推选、试验示范、规范技术、宣传培训、咨询指导和部门协同等方面,成效明显;但面临如何解决好推进农机与农艺融合、农机科研与技术推广结合以及保障投入等方面的挑战。因此,要借鉴世界农业发达国家做法,立足制度创新和建设,完善投入制度、加强协同制度创新、建立完善重大问题会商协调等制度。In this paper , taking rape production mechanization technology promotion as a case , studied of the way of ag-ricultural mechanization technology popularization of China＇s government-led, multi-party participation ’ , consist of its main features , facing challenges and countermeasures .Pointed out that the performance of its main features is the policy support, project-driven, equipment selection , experiments and demonstrations ,standardized technology , advocacy train-ing, consulting and guidance , and departmental collaboration , etc., achieved remarkable success , but faced with the challenge of how to promote agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion , the farm machinery scientific research and tech-nology promotion combined ,and protection of investment , should learn from the practice of the world agricultural devel-oped countries , based on the system innovation and construction , improve the system of investment , strengthening the co-operative system innovation , establish perfect the system of major issues in consultation with coordination , be perfected further .
