水稻种子带育秧秧苗素质影响因素研究

摘　　要：水稻种子带育秧具有效率高、省工省力和操作简便等优点,能够满足机插秧水稻工厂化育秧与田间育秧的农艺要求。为明确影响机插种子带育秧秧苗素质的因素,以北方粳稻东农428为试验材料,研究了种子带育秧以木浆纸作为种床载体、应用糯米胶和普通化学胶水作为种子带粘结剂对秧苗素质的影响。试验结果表明:在同等试验条件下,与使用PAV化学胶水相比,以糯米胶作为粘结剂,无论采用条形刷胶还是矩阵点胶均对种子带育秧出苗率和秧苗素质无显著影响,并且秧苗素质和成毯效果均符合机插秧要求。研究表明:在种子带制作过程中,使用糯米胶作为粘结剂是可行的。Rice seedling nursing in seed nursery strip has the advantage of higher productivity , saving time and labor , and easy to operate and so on , and can satisfy the agricultural requirements of rice seeding in field or in factory seedling-nursery.In order to determine the factors affecting seedling quality of seed nursery strip for rice , japonica rice Dongnong 418 was used to investigate the affects of the seed nursery strip which took sticky rice glue and PVA chemical glue as binder on rice emergence rate and its seedling quality .The experiment results showed that the emergence rate and seedling quality of the seed nursery strip ,which took sticky rice glue as binder and wood paper as seedbed medium , could grow well in rice seedling and had better seedling mat-formed effect in comparison with PVA chemical glue .Research shows that it is feasible to take sticky rice glue as binder in seed nursery strip machining .
