摘　　要：依据国家食品药品监督管理局的规定,将北京市城六区餐厨垃圾产生单位分为特大型餐馆、大型餐馆、中型餐馆等9类,采取分层随机抽样调查方法进行调查,并根据调查数据进行测算,得出2012年北京市城六区餐厨垃圾的产生量和分布结果。According to the stipulation of China Food and Drug Administration, the generating units of food waste in the central six districts of Beijing were divided into 9 categories, including super large-sized restaurants, large-sized restaurants, medium-sized restaurants, and so on. Stratified random sampling method was applied to investigate the food waste. The output and distribution of food waste in the central six districts of Beijing in 2012 were obtained by using the survey data.
