摘  要:采用乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和光合菌等多种有益微生物对菜籽饼进行发酵处理,并采用发酵处理后的菜籽饼对肉仔鸭进行饲喂试验,检测其对肉仔鸭免疫性能及血液生化指标的影响.结果表明:随着日粮中发酵菜籽饼添加量的增加和饲喂天数的增多,脾脏脂数、法氏囊指数和免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M呈逐渐升高的趋势,尤其是试Ⅲ组,与对照组相比差异显著或极显著(P<0.05)或(P<0.01).血清总蛋白虽呈逐渐降低的趋势,但仍远远高于对照组,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05)或(P<0.01).生长激素(GH),亦呈逐渐升高的趋势,但与对照组相比前期差异不显著(P>0.05),后期差异显著(P<0.05).血清中总胆固醇(CHO)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量呈逐渐降低的趋势,与对照组相比差异显著或极显著(P<0.05)或(P<0.01).血清中的尿素氮(BUN)与对照组相比虽有所下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05).Using a variety of beneficial microorganisms like lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, bacillus subtilis and photosynthetic bacteria to make fermentation processing on rapeseed cake, and using fermented rape cake to make a test by feeding meat ducks, the objection was to test its effects on performance and blood biochemical index of broilers of meat ducks. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the number of fat, spleen index of bursa of Fabricius and immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM was on a gradually increase trend with the increase in dietary fermentation of rape cake and feeding days, particularly in test III group, the deference was significant (P〈0.05) or very significant(P〈0.01 ). Although the total serum protein gradually decreased, but still higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05) or very significant (P〈0.01). Growth hormone (GH) was also on a gradually increase trend, but compared with the control group, the difference was not significant (P〉0.05), and the pre post difference was significant (P〈0.05). The content of Serum total cholesterol (CHO) and triglyceride (TG) was gradually decreased, compared with the control group, the deference was significant (P〈0.05) or very significant (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group ,urea nitrogen in serum (BUN) was decreased, but the difference was not significant (P〉0.05).
