摘　　要：以黄韩侯铁路简支桥梁高墩施工为例,通过方案比选将十字盘塔梯应用于变截面薄壁空心高墩施工中,并对十字盘塔梯安装关键技术作了介绍,指出该技术功效提升明显,降低了施工成本,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Taking the simply supported bridge high pier construction of Huang-Han-Hou railway bureau as an example,through the scheme com-parison applied the cross plate tower ladder to variable cross-section thin-walled hollow high pier construction,the cross plate tower ladder instal-lation key technology is presented,and the cross plate tower ladder installation efficiency improved significantly,reduced the construction cost, achieved good economic and social benefits.
