摘  要:针对多水源、多用户的区域供水、需水特点,从经济效益、社会效益等角度出发构建区域多水源多用户水资源优化配置模型。以济宁市为研究实例,优化计算得出规划水平年2020年济宁市水资源优化配置不同保证率(P=50%,P=75%)的优化配置结果,根据优化配置结果对规划水平年2020年各用水户的不同保证率的供需水进行平衡分析。以期在充分利用水资源,满足需水要求下,寻求多水源与多用户之间最优的配水方案,实现区域综合效益最大化,促进区域可持续发展。Considering the features of regional water supply and demand, this essay establishes an optimal allocation model of regional water resources with water resources and multiple users from economic benefit, social benefit and so on. Taking Jining city as an ex- ample, the results of optimal allocation under different guarantee rate (P= 50%, P= 75%) in the planning target year of 2020 are got through optimization calculation. According to the results of optimal allocation, the water resource balance analysis of supply and demand is conducted under different guarantee for different water users. In order to make full use of water resources and meet the water demand, the optimal solution scheme between multiple water resources and multiple water users should be sought to realize the maximization of regional comprehensive benefit and promote regional sustainable development.
