摘 要:利用超声波强化铝土矿浮选脱硫效果,研究了前置超声波、同步超声波以及同时加载前置和同步超声波对铝土矿脱硫的影响。结果表明:用20kHz超声波前置处理5min条件下脱硫效果最佳,其脱硫率达到89.20%,且铝精矿硫含量(S_(Al)下同)降低为0.28%,与未经过超声波处理S_(Al)(0.35%)相比降低了20%。同步超声波(20kHz)处理铝土矿矿浆4min,得到S_(Al)(0.42%)比未经过超声处理S_(Al)(0.55%)下降了23.64%。但在前置和同步超声波分别处理5min和4min条件下,S_(Al)(0.7%)相对于只经过同步超声波处理4min得到S_(Al)(0.42%)升高了66.67%。前置超声波(20kHz)和同步超声波(20kHz)处理铝土矿矿浆对强化浮选脱硫产生了效果。Ultrasonic can be used to strengthen the desulfurization effect in bauxite flotation.The influences of preultrasonic,synchroultrasonic and the combination of preultrasonic and synchroultrasonic on the desulfurization effect in bauxite flotation were studied.The results showed that the optimum desulfurization effect was obtained under the conditions with 20 kHz ultrasonic pre-treating5 minutes.The desulfurization rate reached 89.20%,and the sulfur content of aluminium concentrate(SAl,the same as following)reduced to 0.28%,which was 20%lower than SAlwithout ultrasonic treatment.With synchroultrasonic treating bauxite slurry 4minutes,SAl(0.42%)decreased 23.64%comparing with SAl(0.55%)without ultrasonic treatment,but under the treatment of preultrasonic and synchroultrasonic 5 minutes and 4 minutes respectively,SAl(0.7%)increased 66.67%comparing with SAl(0.42%)only with synchroultrasonic treating 4 minutes.The preultrasonic(20kHz)and synchroultrasonic(20kHz)treatment for slurry has an strengthening desulfurization effect in bauxite flotation.
