摘  要:分析气液增压缸的结构和工作原理,得出气液增压缸的数学模型,针对某公司生产的S8.30.50.6D型号气液增压缸,运用AMESim建立一个工作周期内气液增压缸运行模型,并对该缸的动态性能进行仿真,分析气源压力、预压弹簧刚度、高压密封处过流面积对增压缸动态性能的影响。对气液增压缸的设计和选型有一定参考价值。The structure and principle of pressurized gas-liquid cylinder are analyzed, and then mathematical model of gas-liquid cylinder is derived. Based on the parameters of Tox powerpackage type $8.30.50.6D, the model of single action cycle of pressuried gas-liquid cylinder is built by AMESim and its dynamic performance is simulated and analyzed. What' s more the influence parameters of pressuried gas-liquid cylinder are studied ; it concluded the influencing effect of air pressure, spring stiffness and flow area of hydraulic end position cushion. It is of certain reference value to the design and selection of similar pressurized gas-liquid cylinder.
