摘　　要：文中就试航船舶进行海上航行试验过程中,从事试航的船员与船厂负有试航船舶安全和应急职责的人员在任职资格方面所存在的问题进行了分析,提出了针对这类人员需参加培训与考核,并取得相应的资格证书等内容。The paper analyzes the problems with the qualification of the crew onboard and the shipyard personnel undertaking the responsibilities of ship satbW and emergency response in ship＇ s trial navigation at sea. It suggests that such personnel should participate in training and examination and obtain relevant qualification certificate.
