摘  要:三元复合驱采出水静止沉降过程中出现悬浮固体浓度不降反增的现象,并伴随有新矿微粒析出,致使悬浮固体去除难度加大。用Downhole Sat结垢预测软件探讨p H值、温度、碱土金属离子及HCO3-浓度对三元复合驱采出水中新生矿物微粒析出影响。结果表明:影响三元复合驱采出水中新生矿物微粒析出的主要因素为碱土金属离子,采用水质稳定剂配方可有效抑制掺水中新矿微粒析出,当WSBL-3型水质稳定剂的投加量为1 g时,悬浮固体的质量浓度仅为2 mg/L。The concentration of suspended solid of ASP flooding produced water during the sedimentation process is not decreased but increased by generating new mineral particles, which makes the removal of suspend-ed solid become more difficult. Using the software Downhole Sat to predicate the influences of pH value, temper-ature, and concentrations of alkaline earth metal ions and HCO3- on new mineral particles precipitation in ASP flooding produced water. The results showed that, alkaline earth metal ions was the main factor influencing new mineral particles precipitation in ASP flooding produced water; while, dosing water quality stabilizer with proper formula into the water-mixed could effectively inhibit the precipitation of new mineral particles, the mass con-centration of suspended solid was only 2 mg/L after 1 g of water quality stabilizer WSBL-3 was added.
